OWNERSHIP
You own nothing. You merely lease the game and game content from Square Enix. Everything belongs to Square Enix.

LIMITATIONS
You may NOT cheat, bot, real money trade (RMT), farm for profit, power-level for profit, sell game assets on 3rd party platforms, exploit for commercial profit, create/use unauthorized servers, intercept/collect/mine data using 3rd party software, hack/dissemble/modify game code and/or files, and/or conduct commercial spamming of the chat services.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may NOT share account information, cause disruption to Square Enix services, use profanity and/or offensive language, use any commercial name (celebrity, company, product, superhero, etc.), conduct gambling/defamation/harassment/fraud, use false account information, falsely accuse Square Enix of charging on your bank accounts/credit cards, and/or conduct commercial spamming of the chat services.

BILLING & TRANSACTION
This is really best described in the section 4 of the TOS.

INTERRUPTION TO THE SERVICE
Square Enix MUST be able to interrupt service for maintenance, repairs, fires, floods, explosions, war, strikes, embargos, goverment action/failure to act, acts of civil/military authority, acts of God, or any other unforeseeable events. You MUST agree to tthat.

INTERNET ACCESS & EQUIPMENT
You are responsible for your internet service provider (ISP), internet maintenance, internet access equipment (modems/computers/consoles), and paying for necessary internet access. Square Enix provides NO support for these services as they are NOT Square Enix services.

PRIVACY & USE OF INFORMATION
You MUST agree to Square Enix's privacy policy. You agree to let Square Enix use your information (IP address/e-mail address/home address/etc.) in order to indentify you and contact you for notices/marketing. You agree that game use is monitored for their internal analysis teams for better performance. If the FEDs have a warrant/legal authority for your information, Square Enix MUST turn over your information.

BUDDY PASSES
Buddy Passes allow you to hand out limited use of FFXIV to friends. You and your friends MUST agree to whatever liscensing agreements Square Enix asks in order to use this feature. Square Enix reserves the right to terminate access to FFXIV using this feature at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.

TERM & TERMINATION
The User Agreement is in effect from the time you agree to it until the time your account is terminated, either by you or by Square Enix. This may be done for any number of reasons (agreement violations, discontinuation of game, etc.).

DISPUTES
You and Square Enix both agree that accepting the Terms of Service (TOS) and End User License Agreement (EULA) constitues satisfaction of "written" requirement of the Federal Arbitration Act. The rest is best described in section 10.
