AVERAGE USERS & NON-ROLE PLAYERS ((OOC USERS))

MunBB supports and requires the Square Enix Final Fantasy XIV Terms of Service (TOS) to be followed at all times. Our own private rules are pretty simple. All users in the flagship MunBubbles FC must obey the following rules:

1. FC MASTERS/LEADERS & THEIR PRIVATE PROPERTIES

1.1 All members must recognize ALL Free Company Masters and Leaders as people in control of their respective FC. Only official MunBB Free Companies pledge outright to be as courteous and helpful as possible. If you are not enjoying your FC experience, please apply to the flagship MunBubbles <MunBB> in order to maintain a healthy atmosphere.

1.2 All properties owned by private Free Companies are subject to private "House Rules." MunBB has no power over other Free Company native and/or house rules. For futher expansion, see RP Rules & Regs below.

2. COURTESY

2.1 Please be courteous to other memebers. If you can help, please help when others ask of it, especially if you have nothing better to do. :D

3. DISCRIMINATION

3.1 Discrimination Against the Performance (IRL/OOC/non-RP):

There shall be no discrimination based on age, gender, race, sexual orientation, personal ability, disability, gear, character build, etc within the in-real-life(IRL), out-of-character(OOC), non-roleplay (non-RP) conduct. If a corporate employer can't legally do it to employees, assume the same restrictions apply to IRL/OOC conduct within MunBubbles <MunBB>. We don't need haters and malicious troublemakers. If the guy looks undergeared and lagging behind, please help the brother out. This is about teamwork.

*** Please note, this is not intended to be restrictive on RP creativity; this is for addressing real issues, not RP-related ones. In-Character (IC) character traits such as racism are not considered IRL/OOC discrimination issues. The lore of the game world actually includes racist traits within some species, so it should be expected that IC/RP conflict will exist. Furthermore, we can only gurantee this conduct within the official MunBB FCs, not sister companies.

4. FRAUD

4.1 No member of the Mun Bubbles FC Network may engage in fraudulent activities or file false reports against other players. This is against the FFXIV TOS!

5. HELPFULNESS

5.1 We ask that members try to give as much as they get. If you need help, you're probably going to have to help others in order to get it. Also, if you are missing dungeons, raids, or other checkpoints, speak up. We can't keep up with everyone's position in Main Scenario Quest (MSQ) and won't be able to remember where you are or what you need at whatever given time.

6. RAGE QUITTING

6.1 Rage quitting is ok once in a blue moon, but if it becomes a consistent thing, you will be expelled from the MunBB flagship Free Company. We all understand getting frustrated, but if you are frustrated on a consistent basis, you should NOT be playing this game. It is not good for your health, or the health of other players. Square Enix has always supported healthy gaming habits, and would like you take care of yourself and the real people in your life. Stress is not healthy for you or those around you. You will be expelled for being a stressful rage-quitting member for other players.

7. LANGUAGE BARRIERS

7.1 The MunBB FC Network does not discriminate based upon language barriers. Many of the founding leaders are multi-lingual and will do our best to help non-native English speakers. If you are going to help a player with a different language preference, please familiarize yourself with the Auto Translation Glossary in order to more quickly communicate with our Japanese, French, and German friends. All other languages require manual translation.

8. UPHOLDING THE SQUARE ENIX TERMS OF SERVICE

8.1 You agree to the Square Enix Terms of Service End User License Agreement and will do your best to use it to the advantage of all players. We wish to improve the experience of this game by supporting and following the TOS.

9. USING THE SQUARE ENIX TERMS OF SERVICE TO IMPROVE GAME EXPERIENCE

9.1 Whenever you see a Real Money Trader (RMT) in the markets, please please please take the 2 seconds to use the right-click menu function in the chat to report them. Things have gotten a lot better since this feature was implemented and we would like to keep the RMT population as low as possible in order to protect players from malicious third parties. Gold sellers never give you the gold, they just keylog your information then raid your account. It's not technically hacking, so there's not much SE can do to protect you, so please help to protect yourself and all other players by using this handy feature to destroy the RMT population.

Role Playing Rules & Regulations

ROLE PLAYER SPECIFIC RULES ((IC USERS))

In addition to the rules above, role players ((RPers)) must obey the following section of rules as well.

There is basically one primary rule:

Follow the house rules of the location you are in!

Do not troll RP users or crash their RP sessions when visiting private locations. We have no control over non-official private locations, only offical MunBB properties. Each property has RP lore and history, and basic house rules. As long as your RP does not conflict, it's automatically approved by us in our official MunBB locations regardless of MunBB officials being present.

MunBB is NOT trying to control your character, but we do control our locations. You are welcome to RP freely at any of our locations os long as you do not conflict with house rules. ((Basically this means, if the RP lore and history says you are not the owner, then your character cannot be the owner. However, we want you to feel attachments if you like certain locations. You are free to write in your own jobs or histories as long as they do not conflic with house rules.))

Example:

Anyone can be regular patrons and guests of Mog's Realm Tavern so long as:

-They recognize the Noblewyne Siblings as the owners of the property in RP.

-They recognize the Posie Siblings as the management of the property in RP.

We do not control language, style, or method to structuring your own character or your communications. You can RP who you want, how you want, where you want, as long as it is not "God-moding" against the other RPers present or the House Rules.
